
Licensed in both Oregon and Washington, Jay's practice includes real estate,
land use, business law, estate planning and probate, family law, and consumer
bankruptcy.
He also advises public interest organizations and provides operational assistance
to nonprofits, often pro bono.
Jay and his wife have lived and worked in Hood River since 1987, and now have
a small daughter. He is active in outdoor activities in and around the Gorge,
including windsurfing, climbing, skiing and snowboarding, and biking.
He is vice president of the Hood River Crag Rats, one of the oldest search and
rescue organizations in the country, and performs in the band Samba Hood Rio.
